Mr. Boulrice received his B.S. in Accounting from Plattsburgh State University of New York. He has more than 25 years of Public Accounting experience in business and not-for-profit taxation, tax planning and projections, audits, reviews, and compilations.

A member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs, Mr. Boulrice is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
